Thomas L. Abrams has lectured on various
aspects of Bankruptcy Law
in Florida Bar CLE approved seminars. The
topics at the seminars have included general
bankruptcy law,
Bankruptcy litigation,
Bankruptcy in the context
of mortgage foreclosures, the changes to the
Bankruptcy Code under the 2005 amendments,
family law issues in bankruptcy,
mortgage modifications
and cram down in bankruptcy, among other topics.
Mr. Abrams has lectured in five
Florida Bar CLE approved
seminars in 2010. The seminars have taken
place throughout the state, including Miami,
West Palm Beach and Orlando as well as two
Webinars.
